Just off the exit in Whitney Point exists one of the roughest toughest watering holes in the good ol' USA. The Oakland Hotel has put the hurt on many who come down from the mountain to follow The Way on the mainland. These songs loosely capture the spirit of the Oakland Hotel experience, by matching it with select cuts of our finest material.

Be it temptations of the flesh in Barely Legal, crashing your car because of babes on the sidewalk in Hot Crash, the reclusive life of The Reverend in Mountain Man, or the bugs that ruin our lives in Parasite Rag, there is a full slate of tales for the down and out.
